Responsible of marketing expenses execution, this charge includes the budget and control of all the expenses related to the brand investment including OPEX and CAPEX of the company in the Central American market.In this position there was constant communication with the operations of the different countries in other to manage the different projects of the company. I achieved an optimization in the budget process , execution, and control of all projects/activities using IT tools as MS Office applications and SAP. Additional to these activities I was in charge of the consolidation of the financial figures between the bottler and Coca-Cola Company.
