Managed the day to day operations for a recruiting station for the United States Marine Corps. This entailed the locating, screening, processing, placement, and bringing on board new individules into the institution. Other tasks included but were not limited with the promotion, retention, career development, and enforcment of policies and procidures of the recruiting stations personel. Responsible for anylising, directing, and reporting the productivity of the recruiting station.

Managed, implemented, supervise and maintained the substaince abuse, suicide prevention, and safety programs for a higher level organization with lower level divisions. Day to day operations included but were not limited the identifiying, counsling, reporting, and scheduling the treatment of individuals with substance abuse and/or suicidle ideations. Ensuring the education, implimentation and enforcment of organizational policies and procedures and occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) standards. Additional colladeral billets included management, directing, and utilization of the organizations armory and security force in both normal and austere enviorments.
