-Automated a previously manual calibration method, eliminating a process that took roughly 1-2 hours per machine, affecting over 35,000 machines and all future machines-Cut 5 to 15 weeks from critical path for numerous customers, including schedule development, test conduction, and team management, earning the informal title “KUS Special Forces”-Analyzed and presented data for over 15 sites in the form of a heat map to diagnose systemic issues and rectifying machines/systems that had chronic issues lasting 3-24 months-Created decision matrices for customers centered around risk assessment for different responses to damages or incidents regarding OSR machines, saving customers and ourselves over 200,000 dollars and strengthening customer relationships-Negotiated troubleshooting and garnered support from 3rd party vendors, saving 10,000 dollars from actual costs and from delays
