Provide an outstanding quality of service by providing timely installations and educating the customer while maintaining a timeline mandated by AT&T.• Install and activated Internet modems, configuring computers (static IP) cable splicing, installed RG6 and Category 5e cable. • Install U-verse products.• Install and repair set top boxes, configure customer’s computers for High Speed Internet (HSIA) and run telephone lines for VOIP. • Install coax and cat-5 cables to configure Remote Gateway (Router). • Provide excellent customer service and installation to guarantee customer satisfaction.• Present and sell new products and services. Educate the customer on the system to ensure he/she thoroughly understands it.• Accurately maintain van inventory and coordinate van maintenance schedules, to ensure vehicle is kept in good repair.• Assist other Technicians with job technical hitches and on the-job-training.

Responsible for multiple customer visits daily which could include completing site surveys, installing satellite equipment, and ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating customers on their DISH Satellite TV services.• Review installation specifications, building permit, manufacturer's instructions and government ordinances to determine installation site.• SMATV install using televes equipment, orient and install off air broadcast uhf/vhf antenna and surround sound custom installs.• Visually inspect installation site to identify obstructions, such as trees or buildings that could distort or block signals from satellite.• Perform off air broadcast network signal strength test, per guidelines.• Test installed system for conformance to specifications. Instruct customer in use of equipment and ensures that documentation is effectively completed and submitted, as appropriate. Replace or repair defective parts.• Provide excellent customer service and installation to guarantee customer satisfaction.• Present and sell new products and services. Educate the customer on the system to ensure he/she thoroughly understands it.• Accurately maintain van inventory and coordinate van maintenance schedules, to ensure vehicle is kept in good repair.• Assist other Technicians with job technical hitches and on the-job-training.

Responsible for servicing and maintaining corporate commercial accounts such as Coronado Shores, Angel Stadium, Cal State and other Universities, Apartment Complexes, Restaurants, Convention Centers, American Airlines and High Towers, which could include completing site surveys, installing or upgrading satellite equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating customers on their DISH Satellite TV services.• Review installation specifications, building permit, manufacturer's instructions, and government ordinances to determine installation site.• Plan installations by evaluating location; laying-out equipment and wiring plan (blue prints). • Install, calibrate and maintain QAM/SMATV and L-Band head in systems. • Allocated channels using spectrum analyzer, balanced amps, Ran/spliced hard line cable (625’, 500’, rg6). • Certified in WildBlue satellite installs, configuring computer, provisioning and activating modem. • Select, orient and install off air broadcast uhf/vhf antenna.• Visually inspect installation site to identify obstructions, such as trees or buildings that could distort or block signals from satellite.• Perform off air broadcast network signal strength test, per guidelines.• Test installed system for conformance to specifications. Instruct customer in use of equipment and ensures that documentation is effectively completed and submitted, as appropriate. Responsible for multiple customer visits daily which could include completing site surveys, installing internet equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating customers.• Install and activated Internet modems, configuring computers (static & DHCP) Ran/installed RG6 cable. • Install, service, and disconnect residential Video, Data and Voice services.• Perform underground and aerial cable service installations and disconnects.• Configure coaxial drop system to meet Adelphia installation standards.• Analyze, maintain and repair residential coaxial drop system, phone wiring data network equipment and service.• Install Adelphia customer premise equipment while maintaining an accurate and complete inventory of all company-issued equipment.• Maintain good customer service at all times. • Educate customers about Adelphia products and services and present them with service upgrade opportunities.• Perform personal computer software configurations.• Identify defective customer equipment and ensure a timely return to the warehouse for processing.• Assist in on-the-job training of other Field Technicians as necessary.

Install and configure computer workstations and local area networks, operate them, monitor their performances, diagnose and solve their problems. • Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software and peripherals. • Install, test and update computer equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, programs and software).• Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of hardware.• Diagnose and treat incidents.• Write procedures and various technical documents.• Provide user support for the initial training on equipment and software.• Install and configure local area data communications networks which may carry data, voice and video communications following organization standards. • Install, operate and maintain network services, routers, concentrators, hubs, switches, modems and other network devices following technical plans. • Set up computer security measures.• Resolve network communications problems.• Install and repair Windows computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems that develop in their operations. • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end users. • Perform training by explaining the operation of network applications and equipment. • Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation.
