Program Manager
Current- To ensure that Nexus projects are delivered to customers in a timely, qualitative and professional manner.
- Support Nexus Clients & Partners during Pre-Sales, definition and implementation of our solutions, onsite if required.
- Ensure relevant resources are available for the projects, ensure there are set deadlines within the project and that these are kept.
- Act as a trusted advisor, interfacing between Nexus Engineering and the Customer/Partner regarding new or extended features.
- Perform lessons learned after each project to ensure constant improvement and that relevant stakeholders are up to date.
- Prepare and hold presentations on larger projects for the management level.
