Oversaw the the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of the strategic goals.Some Key Achievements Led the Sales and Profit Growth of 10.5% and 37% respectively CAGR, through the design and implementation of the strategy based on Total Customer Solutions. Secured hard savings of 1.2% of sales and other great improvements, through the Implementation of the Operational Excellence Model and consolidated a self-directed Lean Culture. Led Sales and Profit Growth of 50% in 3 years through recovery of a strategic customer with outstanding service and quality and acquisition of a key welding provider.  Achieved $ 10M of savings in 2 years through the startup of a new plant in Mexico to manufacture several product lines from the USA and Europe Commitment and passion are present in everything I do, not only at work but out of work as well.
