As the Lead Developer at Ekam Creatives, I designed and implemented a range of software solutions for clients, using a mix of programming languages and technologies. Some of my key projects included:Developing an online content distribution system for a national radio network, using HTML, PHP, and JavaScript. This system enabled content creators to easily upload and download files across the network of syndicated radio stations, and automatically concatenated audio files with advertisement clips uploaded by the radio station, streamlining the editing process.Designing and implementing a "proof of play" system for validating advertising clips using internet radio streams. As the sole IT professional at the time in Monkey Chow Productions, I was responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure and support for this small 3D production studio. In this capacity, I deployed Windows Server and network infrastructure during the start-up phase of the company and negotiated the acquisition of computer equipment to maximize the assigned budget.In addition, I implemented information security policies outlined by movie production studios as required, performing hardware troubleshooting/repairs as well as software upgrades and patches. I installed and configured a variety of 3D and VFX software suites and developed and maintained several public web pages for the company.I also deployed a (72 Node) render farm, administering render jobs and workloads, and installed CCTV cameras for security and surveillance of the premises. As the sole IT professional, I provided leadership and direction to the company's technology efforts, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and driving innovation to improve the company's workflow and productivity.
