Thanks to our excellent collaboration in the restaurant's fast-paced environment and superb versatility, our team facilitated the highest-grossing months in the restaurant's 12-year history, including breaking the Million Dollar Monthly Revenue barrier.

While working for PureGame, I focused on streamlining their website structure and on revamping their user interface. I utilize several research techniques to identify the main drawbacks of their website and designed a solution that allows their user to navigate their site quickly and discover the organization's offerings.

I helped Point Blue Conservation Science create a cohesive structure for the hundreds of resources on their website. I developed an organizational model that allows their users to easily recognize the information they needed while still adhering to the constraints of the current UI.

As part of the team at Insolar, I focused on the development of their website, which works as their primary sales and outreach platform. My main focus was the development of the main site pages which I created using vanilla HTML and CSS. Outside of building the website, I carried out market research to lay the foundation of the ideal structure for the site. I created several high fidelity mockups that capable of accurately representing the company’s personality. Unfortunately, we were unable to deploy the HTML pages that I created, but we were able to build a Wordpress site around the discoveries I made through my research and my UI assets are still being used by the new teams at the organization.

As a food server at Dave and Buster’s I was able to greatly improve my multitasking and time management skills. This improvement was made possible by the vast amount of tasks I was in charge of performing, in a timely manner, and while continuing to uphold the company’s standards. The company trusted me with large amounts of money, and made me responsible for any discrepancies at the end of my shift. As part of my development within the company, I was in charge for all my training and paperwork, making sure that they were ready by the preestablish deadlines. Doing this ensured that I continued in track for a promotion. While meeting with the guest, I continuously work to meet all of their needs, and check that every station in the restaurant continued to perform to the company’s standards. Ensuring a great customer experience and a return visit from the guest. In the same way, I collaborated with my coworkers, ensuring that all their tasks had been performed and that they were able to offer a great experience to their guest.

As a crew member at Chipotle Mexican Grill, I was able to develop my communication skills by working with groups of up to thirteenth team members. Later on, I was able to use this communication skills, as well as my grasp on the company’s procedure and standards to become the store’s trainer. I managed my own station while helping other stations when necessary. I used my experience while supervising newer crew members, ensuring that they had all the tools necessary to perform to the best of their abilities and to meet all of the company standards.
