I am an aviation salesperson, a deal maker and a team enabler with 30 years of experience in the industry. Early in my career as a lessor, I gained experience in developing customer relationships in Latin America and the Pacific, markets which were, until then, considered too risky and lagging in sophistication. Within five years, Latin America had become the second largest exposure for the company. This was achieved by getting to know customer needs, matching them to the company’s strength and needs and bridging the gap with creative solutions tailored to the needs of the parties.As a manager I add value to the organization by facilitating the work of individuals as part of a team and part of an organization.
