- Manager of Full accounting cycle for clients in various industries.- In-charge of the tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, Exempt Organizations, and Special Partnerships, including the Quarterly return and the Sales & use tax returns.- Review and analyze the Financial Statement of the clients to determine new opportunities of business.

- Assist and represent the Executive President in official activities, specials project, meetings and daily operations.- Evaluate and recommend activities for participation by the Executive President.- Prepares memos, communications, reports, general correspondence and any other official document required by the Executive President. This includes evaluations of proposed legislation, administrative proceedings, internal issues and general information regarding Cooperatives in Puerto Rico. - Prepare, establish and supervise specials project involving the Executive President’s Office.

- Prepare tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, Exempt Organizations, and Special Partnerships. Also, prepared Federal, Municipal, State and local sales & use tax returns and Personal Property tax returns.- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Withholding tax reports. Including all payroll filing requirements. - In-charge of Full accounting cycle for clients in various industries. This includes year-end or monthly closing entries and adjusting journal entries. - Experienced doing variety of endeavors in all the Governmental Agencies related to tax issues and extensive knowledge of governmental filing requirements for all businesses.
