Our Internal Audit Team is an international department with teams in USA and Mexico, our leader has base in USA, our department is responsible mainly to propose and fulfill with the Internal Audit Annual Plan approved by the Audit Committee of the Company, we perform different types of audits (operational, administrative, financial) as well as special reviews asked by the Senior Management. In addition our department is responsible to perform reviews as part of the compliance of different laws as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA). Also we are responsible to attend the allegations received through the “speak up line” assigned by the corporate HR department and to obtain the response of the Ethic Questionnaire for all the administrative employees of the Company. Our department is responsible to keep updated the process of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and participate actively in the collection of the information required for the annual Sustainability Report since 2013.
