Responsible for the operation of the SSC, which includes the delivery of back office services for 5 subsidiaries of Aeromexico, including operations in Mexico, US, Canada, 18 countries in LATAM, 3 countries in Europe and 2 in Asia.Business and strategy oriented; focused on the migration and implementation of end to end F&A and HR processes (payables, receivables, accounting, revenue management, HtoR, payroll, data master and internal customer relationship).Leading a team of 250 people. Since March 1st 2012, I was invited to become part of the Project Management Office as Project Manager, been responsible for facilitating projects, managing, and monitoring progress. Also coordinate teamwork within other areas, improving performance and assuring the implementation of the company´s projects.Working on a medium term project which consist in the implementation of a Shared Services Center in the company, as Team Leader.

In charge of assuring the fulfillment of policies, procedures and control systems established within the company, monitoring the performance of operations mainly within the finance and commercial areas, thus promoting business efficiency. Creation of the annual company diagnose, based on risk analysis mechanisms, as well as the design of the annual company audit plan, including review of operations and points of sale within the company worldwide (American, European and Asian continent). Provide recommendations for improvement to systems and procedures that allow detection and prevention of irregularities, errors and frauds. Presentation and discussion of audit reports with company Directors, seeking action plans and follow-up on observations made. Responsible for the creation of the annual audit operational budget. Attend Board Auditing Committee meeting, to present auditing results 2011. Covered the position of Chief Interim Auditing Officer for 5 months while the area was reorganized, implying full responsibility of the area, and the 25 people on the team.

Elaboration and control of administrative policies and procedures of the company, through coordinated team work with involved areas, focuses on corporate governance code. Response to the normative audit applied by IATA-IOSA (2007 – 2009) for organizational manual themes. Developed and implemented the Policies and the Procedures Corporative Manual, on the Intranet. Created the annual report presented to Mexican stock-market and Shareholders, during the first quarter of 2007. Responsible of coordinate the elaboration of executive documents presentations, meanwhile handling the Due Diligence information for organizations like IPAB, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, during the company´s sale. Team leader responsible of facilitating, managing and monitoring progress on the MCO Digital - electronic payment project.

Coordinate and supervise the team´s work to detect, analyze and correct financial, countable, administrative and operational weaknesses in the different company areas and stations, both at a national and international level. Functional diagnose of corporative processes through flow charts. Responsible for the elaboration of audit reports and their discussion with the department leaders. Responsible for the revisions practiced to the General Sales Agents (GSA´s) in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Argentina, Korea and Japan. Member of the team in charge of the implementation of Sarbanes – Oxley guidelines within the company.
