Military Intelligence Chief Of Training Manager
CurrentAssistant to the senior managers of the Military Intelligence Training Center of Excellence and program manager. Mentors and provides counseling, oversight, training, and individual leadership development for 40 employees who oversee training for hundreds of Soldiers. Provides counsel and collaboration with the Commander in daily operations through written and verbal communications. Collaborates with the Senior Manager to create Standard Operating Procedures to optimize the team's efficiency. Collaborates with senior and executive managers on all quality assurance actions to ensure all records were being maintained to the highest level of detail. Organizes a quality assurance program to ensure employees and managers practice attention to detail resulting in accuracy of all essential records. Creates a yearly training calendar to document all important company events for the training year. Strategically planned course calendars to project budget expense needs and teaching requirements. Performs quarterly performance counseling and completed yearly performance evaluations as a supervisor and senior supervisor using strong verbal and written communication. Practices and supervises the security of confidential information at the secret and top-secret classification. Consistently receives and resolves issues through collaboration with subordinate managers and Soldiers on an informal and formal basis. A subject matter expert in travel procedures inside and outside the U.S. Collaborates directly with senior and executive management to oversee specific issues, including the planning, coordination, and conduct of intelligence training. Creates and plans a yearly conference to focus on training shortfalls and improve culture, morale and welfare of employees.
