Panamanian businessman with 15 years of multi industry, cross functional and cross cultural corporate experience travelling to North and South America, Europe and Asia, and working in areas such as supply chain, planning, sales, strategy and business development, in both multinational and national corporations. I’m currently partner, Board Member and Commercial / Operations Head in Grupo Cemar. Grupo Cemar is a very diverse and ambitious family owned holding company, which owns & operates gas stations, minimarket stores, a logistics company (Fuel transportation, container door to door service and diesel distribution), franchise operations (Mail Boxes Etc.) and a real estate portfolio. Within the group I have full P&L responsibility of all business units and drive 8 figure yearly sales. My focus is to maximize value of our shareholders through proper development and execution of strategies that turn into customer satisfaction, higher market share of our businesses / services and expansion of our different companies. And my passion is on leading our team and empowering them to elevate their game, customer relationship management, sales, marketing, day to day ops, short & long term strategy and business development. In addition, I’m a multi-unit franchisee of MAIL BOXES ETC. in Panama and I act as Advisor to the Central America General Management and Master Licensee on franchise development and commercial initiatives.
