Orchestrated the PPAP process for semiconductors, identifying and addressing supply shortages or End-of-Life situations. Managed a project development involving design collaboration with Korea and manufacturing operations in China and Mexico.• Oversaw the end-to-end management of ECU programs, including Trailer Brake, Fuel Pump, Converter and Inverter, from Start of Production (SOP) to End of Life (10+ years), encompassing Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).• Managed the Kickoff to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for Casting Case Tooling, which required new or refurbished tooling every 6 to 8 months.• Achieved timely completion of the program kickoff and the program development deliverables.• Streamlined the flawless global launch of the DCDC program.
