About Jorge Ferraez

Raised in Mexico City, Jorge graduated from Anahuac University in 1986 with a degree in Mass Communication. He worked on TV, Live shows and Musical Theatre Production for Televisa from 1982 to 1989, when he partnered with brother Raul to start a publishing company that initially started editing local urban magazines. In 1991, he Co-Founded Lideres Mexicanos magazine which became one of the most important publications in Mexico and is still publishing after 34 years. Lideres Mexicanos also hosts the most significant gathering event for leaders every year on “La Comida de los 300” event.In 2000, Jorge and Raul founded Latino Leaders Magazine in the U.S. to cover the high end of the influential tier of the Latino Community. Latino Leaders has become the most relevant and influential title in the Hispanic Print media, influencing areas like the Franchise industry, Corporate companies, Latinos on Boards and others with special editions and events.Jorge has been a wine connoisseur and wine writer for more than 25 years. He serves on the Board of KERA in Dallas. Jorge is married and has three children and lives in Dallas TX.
