Jorge Francés is the coordinator of the area of ​​use of force in the School of Citizen Protection of Castilla-La Mancha. Trainer at the Institute for Comprehensive Training in Security and Emergencies of the Community of Madrid, at the Comprehensive Center for Training in Security and Emergencies of the city of Madrid, at the School of Citizen Protection of Castilla-La Mancha, at the Public University of Huelva and at the Local Police Headquarters in Talavera de la Reina. Police and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in the field of the use of legal force, teaching operator, instructor and trainer of trainers programs in: armed confrontation, police baton, conducted energy weapon, comprehensive management of the use of force , traffic stops and extraction of occupants, etc. Expert in judicial skills on the use of force, firearms instructor, extendable baton instructor, Master Instructor of the Axon ecosystem (Taser, Bodycams, Evidence and Apps), Trainer of the legal-operative system of use of force INSIDE Training, trainer authorized by the Ministry of the Interior to teach Personal Defense and a university degree in environmental sciences with a specialty in technology and environmental management. Jorge is a father, police officer and trainer. Among his favorite daily activities are Crossfit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, project management, content development, graphic design, research and reading. His current moment involves creating and sharing useful, motivating and fun learning experiences, the search for knowledge, wisdom and continuous improvement; and carrying out projects with a purpose and a lot of added value. Jorge is passionate about learning. Specialist and generalist who seeks to connect different areas of knowledge, generating a broad and genuine perspective on interventions with the use of force and their training methods.
