Sustainability is a Business Unit Corporate Function with the goal to bring benefits in the framework of Group approach and Customer demands. Mainly, the function is divided in three parts: Reporting (tracking and analysis of environmental and energy efficiency data for more than 50 Group companies in the BU), Product Development (sustainability requirements fulfillment according to the Standard Product Development Process, paying attention to the energy efficiency and Legislation aspects for new developments) and Processes (program management oriented to reduce the energy footprint in the Operating Units and Manufacturing Centers of the BU to improve sustainability performance in the thyssenkrupp Group).The role has an intensive part of sales support (B2B and B2C) as expert in the matter showing the company contributions to the green building certifications in Europe. Member of the sustainability Committee of the Business Area Elevator Technology, exchanging experiences, best practices and aligning local strategies in a Global framework.Since 2018, member of the “Energy and Environment Committee", "Ecological Performance Working Group” and "Ecodesign Working Group" at ELA (European Lift Association) based in Brussels.

• Coordinating with the PDC departments (R&D Mechanical, R&D Electrical, Documentation & Certification, PLM Software, Test & Qualification) all quality issues.• Tracking and registering Process Corrective Instructions and Inefficiencies.• Leading weekly Dashboard meetings with PDC employees and collaborators.• Developing root cause analysis using DMAIC methodology for continuous improvement.• Updating KPIs and identifying gaps to provide to local sponsors advice about our direction (engagement, resources, budget...).• Analysing PDC targets to align to the company targets in the Operating Unit Manufacturing.

• Development of Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Product Declaration.• Supporting to the salesforce local teams in order to get project objectives and service excellence.• Coordination of local and global activities to improve sustainability performance of the company.• Establishing a balanced relationship between social, environmental and financial factors in our manufacturing centers, regional centers and headquarters.• Collaboration with the HR department as a Follow-up expert, in the “Groupwide Employee Survey” project with the aim of exhibiting results and defining action plans.• Member of the Social Responsibility Council, with the purpose of researching and implementing measures which generate social benefits and which are linked to our daily activities.• SEED Campus trainer for the training courses “International Managers Program” and “Project Management Professional”.

• Benchmarking development for elevator components.• Supporting to market analysis for product positioning.• Sustainable Efficiency program implementation.

• Modernization projects development (BOM, GADs…).• Assembly drawings approval.• Documentation for certification of refurbishment projects.

• Supporting production lines.• Coordination of the work teams in the shift-time.• Product quality control and quality process assurance.
