Lead the K3 Company finance, accounting, treasury and order-to-cash functions: • Cash flow management;• Customer contract management; • Supplier contract management; • Establish objectives and plan the growth of the firm; • Establish administrative and financial controls; • Preparation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement; • Organize the finances of the company, planning budgets, salaries, etc; • Construction and analysis of scenarios for the future of the company; • Develop new financial systems programs, improve and manage the existing ones through research and seeking for collaboration with experts; • Assist with financial process improvement and strategy; • Manage financial scenarios, payments and receipts; • Build and manage critical financial infrastructure to ensure ongoing successful operations; • Track deadlines and manage calendars for all essential financial activities; • Supervise financial operations team directly. • Lead strategic planning effort including execution plans, metrics and tracking • Established a Compensation Committee to strengthen governance of variable compensation models for sales and cross functional bonus to drive accountability and transparency • Establish and lead K3's Diversity and Inclusion initiative • Raise venture capital to produce income and profit

I was co-founder of Picorrucho - Infant clothing and babies acessories with my brother and mother in 1986. Since then, the company has been thru many, many changes. Although the brand is top of mind in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, we dared to change the brand positioning, leaving the concept of consumtion by economic class and moving on to the concept of intelligent consumer. Today we are a small company with a great team. The retail chain counts with 12 stores. There is a CEO who runs the operation and we intend to spread the brand to the rest of the country.
