Working for the Account Security team, in charge of ensuring the protection of all accounts of Mercado Libre. Our team is responsible for building, maintaining, security authentication factors such as Google Authenticator, QR token, Face Authentication.Responsibilities• Iterating, maintaining all the second authentication factors we built. They provide their client with tools to perform security scans and analysis on system’s architectures, most notably ERP systems. They report security issues, performance improvements or unnecessary nodes or links between their assets. On 2019 they decided to migrate the tool to provide new features and a better User experience. While the backend was going to be improved by their team, the frontend code was going to be build from scratch by Hexacta. The code was built in React using Typescript. The communication with the backend was done through GraphQL.
