I am an electrical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. In 1990 I worked in a paperboard plant for 2 years and learned all about the process of making paperboard and boxes and to deal with personnel. Then I worked for Siemens 8 years in the transportation industry, specifically with trains and locomotives. There, I had the opportunity to manage a team of more than 25 electricians and mechanics to accomplish commissioning, startup, warranty and after sales service for 52 trains of the "Metro de Medellín"; an iconic public transportation project in my birth town. After that, I worked with a food multilevel industry, as a university teacher and helped my wife with a kids entertaining entrepreneurship. After 2006 I returned full to the paper board industry. In 2013 I initiated with my own enterprise. I am dedicated to process control and sales in the paperboard industry. I have always been dealing with personnel, creating procedures for processes and helping costumers to fix production and procedural errors to improve their quality and lower production costs.I also have made several technical translations from English to Spanish and Portuguese
