With over 10 years of experience in the audio and media industry, I am a passionate and creative leader who thrives on developing and executing innovative strategies for podcasting and new media. My mission is to empower and amplify the voices of Hispanic content creators and audiences worldwide, and to connect them with relevant and engaging opportunities. As the Head of Business Development at Genuina Media, the fastest-growing podcast network for Hispanics, I leverage my expertise in record production, audio engineering, and media distribution to enhance the quality and reach of our podcast portfolio, and to explore new avenues for podcast advertising and branded content.Prior to joining Genuina Media, I was the founder and CEO of nodalab, a collaborative podcasting platform designed to meet the needs of content creators and production teams. I helped podcasters simplify workflows, achieve professional standards, and promote and monetize content. I also managed the business development, marketing, and partnerships aspects of the company securing multiple deals with legacy media outlets, sponsors, and influencers. Through nodalab, I gained valuable skills in new business development, media distribution, and new media, which I continue to apply and enhance in my current role at Genuina Media.
