Project Manager for EMS IETM software. This software was developed for U.S. Army TACOM. I am the EMS expert!• Wrote and or contributed to several winning proposals for U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps contracts.• Developed the ONeTOOL in response to Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM’s) Electronic Maintenance Support System (EMSS) RFI. The ONeTOOL solution is based on the Panasonic Toughbook platform and includes General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment (GPETE) capabilities such as IETMs, digital multi-meter, Oscilloscope, RS485 and SAE J1708 & SAE J1939 diagnostic interface with an integrated portal.• Remote Diagnostics – Developed a remote diagnostic hardware / software solution for MARCORSYSCOM’s EPLS/AL RFI & RFP in collaboration with Lockheed Martin.• Project Manager – Development and maintenance of Electronic Maintenance System version II (EMS-2) IETM software and the Autonomous Diagnostic Manager (ADM) vehicle diagnostic RP1210A software.• Perform software architecture and planning activities for embedded diagnostic and IETM projects.• Develop SAE J1708/J1587, J1939, J1850, & OBD II system and software solutions and requirements.• Manage software / IETM development team.• Develop integrated systems / solutions for responses to U.S. Army and Marine Corps RFI / RFQ.• Participated in ADM Diagnostic Manager integration effort in the U.S. Army TACOM’s Maintainers Remote Logistics Network (MRLN) and Proof Of Enablers (POE).• Participated in development of IETM MIL-STD 2361C Diagnostic Work Package.• Collaborated in the design and development of the Maintainers Advanced Diagnostic System (MADS)
