I joined JL Consulting Group in August 2023 to help clients optimize their manufacturing systems, processes, and products, leveraging my expertise in lean manufacturing, product development, and international supply chain management.Previously, I was the Director of Operations at Econolite, a leading manufacturer of traffic management equipment with sales approaching $200 million annually. There, I was responsible for controlling factory expenses, inventory management, production control, import-export, shipping, maintenance, facilities, and manufacturing engineering. I successfully led factory expansion, planning process improvement, ERP implementation, and capacity planning projects, achieving significant improvements in productivity, lead time, backlog, and customer satisfaction. I also received the 2019 Presidents Award for Operations Excellence by Econolite COO and CEO for my outstanding performance and leadership.I am passionate and result-oriented, and my mission is to enable JL Consulting Group to deliver high-quality services to their customers, while reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and have strong skills in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the globe.
