Graphite (graphite.dev) builds tools to accelerate software development, and is used by some of the industry's top tech companies.As Graphite's first eng manager, I managed the full eng team and set up and supported processes around eng hiring, execution, sales eng, and customer support. While there, took Graphite from beta to GA, added new product offerings (merge queue and automations), built and shipped Graphite's first paid tiers and significantly grew revenue, and increased system stability and performance.

Worked on expanding DoorDash's reach to new categories, including alcohol delivery and consumer growth initiatives across new verticals.
