Sales Assistant: Responsible along with the banker for customer service and portfolio management for the Affluent and High Net Worth segment, with AUM of USD 1MM up to USD 5MM (offshore accounts).- Account opening, maintenance, periodic reviews, credit cards requests, international correspondences.- KYC Maker (Companies and individuals): Analyze and input client’s docs. (Corporate Resolution,Certificate of Incorporation, Register of Directors, Shares Certificate, etc)- Profiler: Create client’s narrative to explain source of wealth.- Client profile research due to compliance matters (enhanced due diligence), Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering.

Internship in the Financial and Planning Analysis department. - Perform monthly bank expenses reports.- Support using the global financial systems, developing specific queries.- Prepare management reports in order to improve the analysis of the revenues and mainly the expenses accounts, as wells as P&Ls.- Designed a report to manage and forecast Global Functions areas expenses (Finance, Risk, Legal, HR, Compliance, Public Affairs).- Assistance in developing the 2015 and 2016 Plan allocations and operational expenses for the Global Functions.
