In my tenure, i was able produced a farm of around 6 million bird capacity starting from programs of retrofitting buildings, design and upgrading farm buildings from concrete to prefab buildings, introduction of the so called "industry standard dimension of 52 ft. x 450ft" standardization of poultry equipment complement and airspeed requirement for broiler in the Philippines, made information awareness to banking institutions that the poultry industry is no longer considered as high risk business but a great opportunity for financial application and growth.
