A science background gives me the ability to follow a systematic approach to resolving any issues.A legal background gives me ability to research and put into action or stir into action any policy that is sound and well reasoned and that serves the interests that I have in any area.A Legal Education Certificate will add to the level of advocacy and public speaking and even if it means litigating on a particular interest that has the necessary reasoned arguments supporting it. My experience as a Labour Officer (11+ years) has helped vastly in appreciating customer service, in alternative disputes resolution, in labour and employment matters, and in helping to maintain balanced, peaceful industrial harmony between social partners, ie, employees (represented and unrepresented by Trade Unions) and employers (Employers' Organisations or individuals).
