CNADS is an independent body that aims at advising Government members responsible for the environment and the sustainable development, public entities and NGOs on all matters associated with the environment and sustainable development. It is also a forum for the design and implementation of environmental and sustainable development policies.

As Director of Operations was mainly focused on Real Estate Development, namely in the project coordination and approval procedures of highly complex projects and those in need of environmental assessment, such as the “Cidade Lacustre” or “Cerro da Vinha – Vyneyards”. In this role acted as main liaison with such entities as APA, CCDR, ICNF, TP and AICEP.Also, was responsible for overseeing the typical operations areas such as maintenance, private security, environment and the Vilamoura Environmental Park, the Cerro da Vila Museum and fleet management. Was also, for several years, responsible for after-sales services to the units, mainly apartments, built and sold by Lusotur.

Participation in the constitution and operationalization of the public infrastructure management company - Inframoura, E.M. - a partnership between Lusotur, S.A. and the Municipality of Loulé for the management of Vilamoura’s public infrastructures. As Inframoura board member was involved in the management of Vilamoura´s public infrastructures, urban revitalization projects and implementation of a global strategy for sustainability and soft mobility.

Acting as the company´s main liaison with local stakeholders and public entities Management of the environmental assessment procedure of the project “Lagos da da Cidade Lacustre”. Participation in procedure to obtain the PIN status for the “Cidade Lacustre” project.Responsible for overseeing the company’s maintenance, after-sales services, private security, fleet management, events coordination, Environment and Cultural Heritage.

Responsible for the quality and environmental aspects of the company, overseeing the implemented and certified management systems. Responsible for the Cerro da Vila Museum and Archeological Station and the Vilamoura Sports Center.

Implementing ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems and overseeing all environmental aspects of the company. Participation in the environmental monitoring of the construction of the Victoria Golf Course verifying compliance with the environmental permit.

Overseeing the Environmental Management Systems implemented in the Group (Golf and Marina), managing the Vilamoura Environmental Park implementing the company´s Environmental Policy.Participation in the elaboration of the Victoria´s Golf Course Environmental Impact Study and in the Environmental Assessment Procedure.

Implementing Environmental Management Systems in the Vilamoura Marina and Vilamoura´s beach. Certification according to ISO 14001 Standard.
