Brand portfolio consists of 6 unique brands: COH Women, COH Mens, AGOLDE Womens, AGOLDE Mens, Goldsign, Jean Atelier, Getting Back to Square One, Fabric Brand.-Working with cross-functional teams (design, marketing and PR, e-commerce, finance) on the production of collateral including seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, in-store POS, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and product launches. -Partner with brand’s Art Directors and Creative Directors to decide seasonal casting direction for all six brands.-Managed the casting of models across 3 markets: New York, London, Los Angeles-Partnering with client’s internal creative and marketing teams to build out seasonal production timelines and budgets.

-Assisted the Director of Scouting with daily duties including managing global contact lists, expenses reporting, and maintaining relationships with talent.

-Facilitated and prioritized daily scheduling of all shipment activity ensuring shipping deadlines and arrival of goods to all Christian Dior POS in North America (US, Canada, Mexico) were met.-Managed order fulfillment and special customer requests for all North American POS outlets that included the checking of product availability, price requests, and managing the logistics of shipping goods.-Communicated with ocean and air carriers regarding shipment statuses and expected arrival of goods to company’s warehouse.-Assisted the Logistics Director with daily HTSUS classification of specialty merchandise imported to the United States specifically exotics skins and furs subject to stricter customs regulations.
