As a Research Scientist in the Medical Imaging field my role is to develop methods based on Machine Learning (including Deep Learning) and Image Processing techniques to images acquired in a clinical setting (e.g. CT, PET, MRI). My key drive to help patients! For that, my work is mostly focused on developing new methods that can integrated into products that enable clinicians to deliver faster and better healthcare treatments. My main interests are in the development of algorithms of Image Segmentation and Machine Learning and my main skills are: ▪ Machine Learning - experience working with Deep Learning, Random Forests and SVM;▪ Knowledge about the main imaging modalities - experience working with CT, PET, MRI, OCT ▪ Imaging processing techniques▪ Programming with Python and MATLAB (some experience with C and Java)
