Program Manager in charge of a multidisciplinary team of +20 engineers tasked with solving the satellite's platform computer, network, storage, power supply and secondary payloads. Each component had to be managed from concept to detailed design, manufacturing and deploy; including feedback from every phase to improve the next iteration. Here is a summary of my work as PM: - Assemble program roadmap with subprograms and project, and determine quarterly objectives. - Determine skill set required for each project, stablish work packages and develop WBS for each project or program. - Estimate projects costs and manage their budget. - Design internal team structure and interfaces. - Implement scrum methodology tools. - Foster an environment of open and safe communication among project team members, which included shared understanding and ownership, trust and collaboration. - Identify, understand, analyze, prioritize, engage and monitor stakeholders. - Determining projects risks and design strategies that would solve or mitigate them. - Carry out change control management. - Direct projects that integrated hardware and software into the same product, through out all of the development phases, from conceptual design to deploy and operation. - Receive and implement feedback from manufacturing and operations to stablish a strategic development plan for each product in line with the company's business model. - Manage platform SW refactoring projects. - Develop testing setups and procedures for SW acceptance and integration. - Manage control state machine projects from conceptual design to deploy in orbit inside an existing CI/CD framework. - Manage software feature development project based on customers needs including changes to the CI/CD framework. - Maintain CI/CD framework and upgrade it according to platform change control. - Responsible for flight platform performance, FDIR and support operations.

Hardware design engineer tasked with:- Determine board requirements and functionalities for different parts of the satellite, such as the platform computer and the optical sensor board for the satellite main and secondary payloads.- Circuit and PCB design, as well as design documentation and manufacturing documentation.- PCB power budget.- PCB validation and testing documentation.- Transfer assembly, integration and tests procedures to the manufacturing plant and to train technicians in the acceptance process of sub-assemblies of the satellite.

Here is a summary of my work as Manager: - Implemented scrum methodology and established all the necessary templates and processes needed to achieve compliance with our clients.- Carry out reliability analysis (FMEA/CA, PSA and WCA) for two space projects, SABIA-Mar Payload Onboard Computer (PM-OBC) and a DC-DC Converter Module, both commissioned by CONAE.

The most important among them was the payload module onboard computer (PM-OBC) of the SABIA-Mar project commissioned by CONAE. Here is a summary of my work during this period:- Selection and implementation of NASA mission level 2 electronic components.- Flight circuits and PCB design up to 16 layers, including circuit mitigation in case of failure.- PCBs power budget and analysis.- Tests and feasibility analysis on gyro stabilized platforms for military grade equipment.- Assembly, integration and tests of 40W and 25W DC-DC converters for aerospace projects.- Simulation and tests of control loop of DC-DC converters for aerospace projects.

In charge of designing RF equipment for different clients, including:- Integration, assembly and test of RF systems, both passive and active.- Integral design of passive and active RF sub-assemblies, such as modulators, directional couplers, combinators, power dividers and class A amplifiers. This type of projects included circuit design and simulation, PCB design, cabinet design including blueprints for CNC machining, user manual, AIT procedure and support as technical POC (point of contact) for those sub-assemblies.- Document template and all necessary engineering data required for manufacturing overseas.
