Performed financial analysis and due diligence of companies with which NCB has a potential or existing relationship. Evaluated the strength of the borrower’s cash flow and their ability to provide for primary and secondary sources of repayment. Worked closely with internal teams and company management in the preparation of investment memorandums, amendments, loan extensions, covenant waivers, and annual reviews. The portfolio included hardware, grocery, franchise, financial, and renewable energy clients.

Evaluated and determined the credit risk of commercial & industrial clients and government and institutional clients through detailed financial statement analysis, industry assessment, collateral valuation, cash flow analysis, and the ability to repay annual debt service. Worked with Relationship Mangers, Credit Officers, and Portfolio Managers to prepare financial summaries, present facts, and offer opinions concerning the credit-worthiness of borrowers.

Intensive one-year program consisting of a combination of classroom training, self-study, and group projects designed to develop technical skills, leadership skills and to learn about the banking industry. Led a team of six in analyzing and redesigning the Visa debit card dispute process and presented the results to senior management.
