Responsible of developing the Academies project in Mexico, United States and all Sport Events.- Operations and Logistic Manager for +10 International and National Soccer Tournaments, including one of the most important tournaments in Mexico "Copa Chivas" and the biggest Academies tournament in the country "Torneo Escuelas Chivas".- Responsible for profit increase and budget management in accordance to mantain or increase the quality and standards for each project.- Negotiations for accommodation, venues, and all suppliers and needs for every event. - Responsible for +50 staff for operating soccer events (tournaments, summits, etc).- Manager of +60 Academies in Mexico & USA, based on a franchise model.

Responsible of planning and execution of Soccer Events such as:International Chivas Cup, Youth Chivas Cup, Chivas Academies Tournament, Chivas Schools Summits.- Logistic and Operations Responsible for soccer tournaments.- Responsible for Teams Draws, Game Schedules and venues.- Responsible for negotiations (accommodation, venues, etc)- Responsible for forecast elaboration and profit evaluation in accordance within the goals established by the organization.

Venue Operations & Team Services Responsible for Guadalajara’s Host City Committee for the Fifa World Cup 2026.

Commentator and Analyst for Chivas TV Broadcasts- U17, U20 - Special events- Chivas Platform content

Coordination and host activities for:- Public Relations- VVIP, VIP Hospitality & Tribune- FIFA Youth Program
