The Work and Travel Program is a program designed for Latin American college students to work in different kinds of businesses in the U.S during winter. As a Lift Operator at Snowbasin Resort, I was responsible for the operation of the resort's ski lifts and ensuring the safety of the guests. Other tasks involved interacting with the guests and attending their concerns, which involved quick problem-solving and customer service skills.
