Current- Close liaising with the individual Operators/vessel owners for specific requirements.- Supervised monitoring and obtaining port updates (relevant information of daily, follow up and berthing/loading/Discharging prospects reports as well as sailing reports as well as to coordinate and supervise arrival clearance of vessels (boarding agents, pilots, tugboat, divers etc). - Represented the interests of vessel owners and master during their stay at port. - Effectively managed various employees; monitored and obtained port updates (, follow up and berthing/loading prospects reports as well as sailing reports). - Prepared detailed statistics covering all relevant ports in Santa Marta-Colombia- Ensured and checked that all staff are equipped and trained to comply with the company, Port, terminal and customers SHE-Q Policies.- Successfully prepared cargo and port paperwork as well as legal/customs documentation , (approval of Bills of ladings, cargo manifests, SOF etc)
