• Be a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, to include coaching the Scrum Team and removing impediments for their progress.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, specifically Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retro and Sprint Review/Demo sessions for the teams• Facilitate and lead individual Scrum teams in all aspects of Scrum: daily stand-ups, planning, self-organization, collaboration & iterative development• Work with product managers and product owners to drive the definition and refinement of the product backlog.• Facilitate the implementation of Scrum practices and work with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness.• Planning Scrum implementations within the organization.• Take the lead on resolving conflicts within the team removing any roadblocks to collaboration.• Working with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

- Lead the Identification, analysis and selection of complex information technology and business practices to support strategic business process/plans.- Participates as required to design, develop, test and integrate applications of high complexity.- Lead in the implementation of information technology and business processes of high complexity.- Supports, evaluates, and continuously improves information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans of medium-high complexity and medium-high risk.- Leads the development and may manage a project plan and schedule for a given functional area. Acquires solid foundation of project management.- Engages in expanded contact with varied and multiple departments and functional operations; actively participating in strategic business relationships and/or issues.

Data Scientist • Works with data sets and performs appropriate analytical methodology to provide insights and decision modeling for the business. • Creates and implements algorithms which manage the data to enable it to be analyzed in an efficient manner. • Supports the communication of derived insights, especially through appropriate visualization techniques. • Supports the identification of the required data sources and works with Data Wranglers and/or IT to implement methodologies to retrieve and use this data. • Stays abreast of the latest appropriate analytical techniques and recommends these where needed. Explains implementation and usage in business terms. • Applies analytical techniques to prospect for business insights and find patterns in data which could be valuable for the business.
