▪Responsible for all the Pilot and Industrial Fermentation activities in GMP's conditions.▪Experienced in scale-up ranging from lab scale (50mL to 2,5L) to pilot scale (60L to 1m3) and industrial scale (5m3 to 116m3).▪Leader of a team of 35 people.▪Expert in API fermentations from streptomyces.▪Fermentation medium and conditions optimization. ▪Responsible for the implementation of HACCP in the pilot plant.▪Well experienced in high cell density fermentation (E.coli, Pichia Pastoris, Enterobacter, Rhodobacter, etc.).

▪Responsible for all activities of a multi-purpose tetracycline production site in GMP's Conditions.▪Leader of a team of 15 people.▪Experienced in internal and external audits (Clients, FDA, Infarmed).▪Production of several API's such as: Oxytetracycline Calcium, Tetracycline Hydrochloride, Tetracycline Base, Lymecycline and Demeclocycline.

▪Assist the Production Manager in the Fermentation Department.▪Implement the GMP's.▪Responsible for feed strategy and operational conditions of API's fermentations.▪Sterility check during sterilization and fermentations.▪Training of the operators.

▪Process engineer at chemical synthesis plant, responsible for a shift of 10 people in GMP’s;▪Production of a complex chemical tetracycline derivative, including steps like: Precipitations, Protecting steps, Catalytic Hydrogenation, Crystallization, Filtrations and Drying;

Analyse safety reports and internal emergency plans.
