It might be the most simple and objective definition of me.In the professional field, I've been working with Information Technology since 2017 in the software development area, exercising tasks in every phase of the process of building and implanting a project (analysis requirements, specification, architecture, development, test, implementation, training, support and maintenance). I've always been very interested in the software architecture area, and that's where I look forward to search and improve my knowledge (perhaps my greatest passion in the Information Technology area). Besides that, I have had the opportunity of living an experience with many people from multiple cultures. So I understood how valuable and powerful are the teams well structured, that end up becoming entities that gather yearnings, values and skills of every individual who compose them. I always try to expand my knowledge and to participate of innovative experiences that aggregate both professionally and as a life experience. The knowledge exchange is a very important tool to the growth and maturation of people who collaborate with each other. A case of success that I already experienced and found very interesting is the adoption of methodologies and processes of Coaching, it brought an amazing experience to all the participants.
