In charge of purchasing, and inventory replenishment, utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, at the largest distributor of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies in Puerto Rico.

Engagements include joint venture with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) to provide a centralized check processing facility for all PR banks, implementation of a retail lending workflow application for Westernbank, and Contact Center solutions projects for Banco Santander and Doral Bank.

Recipient of Citibank's prestigious Service Excellence Award for the implementation of a lucrative image-enabled payment collection service. Project leader in the succesful launching of various other technology-based products.

Led a unit of programmers that played a key role in the conversion of various legacy information systems to client-server applications.
