I have 6 direct reports on this current role, and 3000 indirect employees. • People management and development. • Strategic review of the operation structure.• Digital transformation in the field operation, using digital technologies implementation such as Telemetry, IoTs, Drones scanning, Advanced analytics, Predictive models for plagues and disease control.• Cost reduction using OEE concept in order to improve the operations efficiency. • Expansion Projects of planting new Groves and irrigation projects for them in 3 consecutive years (US$ 150 million).

Responsible for 4 Sites of Parent Seeds Production and 2 tollers (Spread across Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Mexico). Leadership of 60 people, including 6 direct reports (4 in Brazil and 2 Argentina).• Supply chain management (Delivery of the seeds with quality, on time with low costs).• Leadership of multicultural team, spread across 4 countries. • Seeds´ planning transformation project in order to be more efficient to deliver the parent seeds in the main countries of Latam.• Brazil cost efficiency increase the yield switching the production regions and timing to produce.• Management of the Site expansion project (all projects design and approval), US$17 million.

Leadership of a multicultural team, including 4 direct reports (2 in Brazil, 1 in Argentina and 1 in Colombia).• Implementation of the Quality assurance culture within all the Seeds production team at LATAM.• Assurance of the Product quality including 3 labs and field quality.• Budget control and management.• Investments studies and implementation.

Responsible for all production research in Brazil supporting around of 6 million bags of Corn and Sorghum Production and also in charge of the field quality assurance and Labs (Physiological and Genetics) in Brazil territory. Leadership of 3 managers and 2 supervisors.

Responsible for Seeds production in the field and conditioning in Paracatu region, including field planning, contracts, budget, maintenance and expansions projects, administrative reports. Leadership of a Site expansion project approval at Monsanto (U$ 70 million). • Growth of around of 20k ha per year (2 million bags of finished good), representing 30% of Monsanto’s total production. • ESH Global Award for production´s Site (Paracatu-MG 2010).

Responsible for Budget and Forecast of field production, planning and contract fields for seeds production and also management of agronomist and technician development.

Responsible for implementing and evaluating the trials to recommend the bests production local, planting window and nicking for corn and sorghum seeds fields. Management of field inspections in order to guarantee genetic purity standards.
