- To manage the training facilities in compliance with local regulations and Corporate Policy and procedures Manual.- To administer the Flight Operations training program and assure the proper compliance to Aviation Industry Guidelines and other International Standards.- To negotiate and ensure contract execution with different vendors verifying the Service and Quality Level of Agreetment.- To supervise smooth onboarding and Flight Operations training program for new employees. To facilitate related documentation and supplies for other training programs and guarantee adequate program completion.
