*Responsible for 37 assets in Spain and 11 in Portugal: Logistic, Industrial, Offices, Stores (Makro units), Retail Parks with more than 500.000 sqm GLA surface. *Responsible for Property Management, leasing, specialty leasing and Transantions and Valuations supporting Metro Properties HQ.*Manage and optimize MP properties and potential real estates by formulating the strategies, classifying the commercial values of such real estate portfolio, and effectively leasing out. * Coordinate the process and prepare investment decision proposals for new locations for the MP board. * (Re)Develop, dispose such properties to strategically selected tenants, partners, investors which support / complement the project. * Develop and maintain an updated portfolio strategy of MP in above mentioned Region’s properties with classified commercial values * Responsible for strategic decision making for each location / asset with the aim to maximize the performance of the property * Responsible for and develop the strategy e.g. the leasing, (re)development, investment and / or divestment of commercial space of plot(s) acquired by MP Region West and secure the best interests for the company. * Involve in and contribute to the planning of stores sites & possible additional commercial usage in the master planning stage. * Ensure and monitor the submission of the investment proposals to the MP Board * Administration of local MP company. Take responsibility for the performance of Real Estate Portfolio in Spain, Portugal.* Development Strategy: to find the right locations for required asset through plot adquisitions or lease agreements with third parties, according to the local development strategy.
