George Washington Bridge Bus Station Redevelopment Project. ($120 M)

Supervised the $10 million state- of-the- art Cyber Crime Lab and Interior Renovation Project of 17,000 sf for the New York County DA's Office. Managed the work and contracts of five Trade contractors and their subcontractors employed by the DA's Office for this project.

Supervised a $2 million Elevator Renovation Project for the MTA/LIRR at Woodside station.

Supervised Union Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters for the Sandy Pre-Fab Modular Lifeguard and Comfort Stations at Coney Island, Staten Island and Far Rockaway Beaches in NY.

NYC Rapid Repairs Program Performed Quality Assurance/Compliance Inspections for Repair Work (Restoration of Heat, Hot Water and Electrical Power Distribution) done on private single and multi-family homes impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The scope of the work included initial Assessments of the damage, progress Inspections, closeout and verification of quantities installed and compliance with NYC Building Codes and project scope.

Supervised numerous projects under the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) Mentor Program with a budget of over $25 million. The goal of the program is to assist Minority, Women, and Locally Based Business Enterprise (M/W/LBE) contractors in contract and electronic (computer) competency and general good construction practices. In addition, emphasis is placed on maintaining the NYCSCA Safety Program, QA/QC protocol, and project closeout procedures. Mr. Taylor has Supervised the following projects in Manhattan: An Auditorium Lighting (Stage) project at PS 146M; a playground resurfacing project with Pebble Flex at PS 198M which won STV's 2009 Project of the Year Award; a theatrical sound system project at Lab and Museum HS; new Fire Alarm systems in PS 116M, JHS 70M, PS 30M, PS 195M, Park East HS, PS 241M; Electrical systems Upgrade at PS 146M, PS 108M and A. Phillip Randolph HS; a Flood Elimination and Gym Upgrade at IS 044M; Public Assembly and Legalization Projects at PS 52M, PS 79M, PS 190M, PS 96M and PS 63M; a roof replacement at PS 46M; student bathroom upgrade at PS 183M, PS 175M; inner courtyard redevelopment at PS 198M; flood elimination and gymnasium upgrade at IS 044M; courtyard redevelopment/flood elimination, retaining wall(s) renewal at PS 161M; Computer Lab at PS 161M; Library Upgrade projects at Park East HS and Science Classroom upgrade projects at PS 241M and PS 132M.

MetroTech/Brooklyn) re-cabling project where new CAT 6 cables was installed throughout the data center, conference center, building office and fire safety systems on the lobby, second, third and fourth floor of JP MorganChase Credit Card Operation Center; NPower Office Space and Data Center, approximately 4,000 sf of office space and a 400 sf data center;Navigators' satellite office in Manhattan approximately 5,000 sf;Vornado Realty Trust Penn Plaza Projects, supervised the build out of pre-built office space for Vornando building management at 11 and 1 Penn Plaza and a bathroom renovation project at 11 Penn Plaza;Tishman Speyer MetLife Building Bathroom Renovations, renovated 20 bathrooms on floors occupied by Dreyfus, Inc.;Cantor Fitzgerald/BGE Partners, 199 Water St. and 110 East 59th St., supervised the build-out of office space and the upgrade of trading floors to meet the new 2008 NYC Fire Codes .

Supervised many high-end, fast track projects with budgets up to $3 million in New York, NY. Mr. Taylor supervised up to 40 workers (union), which included subcontractors and company employees. All projects were completed on schedule and within the projects' budget. Mr. Taylor prepared daily progress reports and processed change orders.
