I have more than seven years of experience in the eye care, vision, and healthcare industry, where I have developed and demonstrated core competencies in Operations, RCM, finance, optical, and sales. As the Operations Manager at Mosier Eye Center, an upscale Ophthalmology and Optometry practice, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and ensuring top quality service and care to our patients and clients.In my previous role as RCM and Finance Director for Nvision Eye Centers/East West Eye Institute, I implemented process improvement initiatives, generated new business opportunities, coordinated events, and supported my team's personal and professional development. I also hold a CAE certification from Cambridge University and a BA in Communication from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
