Supporting the mission and operations of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) as an administrative specialist, I perform various tasks that ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the military service. I manage records, prepare reports, coordinate schedules, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Oracle. In addition to my administrative duties, I also demonstrate leadership and communication skills by supervising and training junior personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and resolving issues and conflicts. I am passionate about serving my country and contributing to the success and safety of the USMC. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the field of administration. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in business administration, management and operations at the University of Arizona Global Campus, with an expected completion date of September 2026. I believe that this degree will enhance my knowledge and skills and prepare me for future opportunities and growth.
