For the past 15 years I've specialized in Business Development, Recruiting, and Marketing for RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. I have been able to transition my previous experience with Ameriquest Mortgage, and Equity One, Inc. where I worked as a Senior Account Executive specializing in portfolio retention, in an aggressive sales market prior to the volatile housing crisis. I take pride in fostering community relationships, and working on collaborative community efforts in order to help add to our company's overall success. As a member of the Yuba-Sutter Homeless Consortium, and the Workforce Training Center, I've been able to develop relationships in order to help local governments with grant allocation projects for the betterment of our community. As a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist, I've had the privilege of spearheading large scale recruitment projects, and have managed accounts with seasonal placements of over 650 employees.
