-Part of project team that launched organization’s new grant structure in 200+ countries -Developed business processed and internal management structures for newly designed grant structure-Administrator for online grants software system post project completion. Worked with developers in India and Canada and all stakeholders internal and external on requirements and functionality to address business needs-Change management lead in developing training materials for colleagues in the US and 7 offices around the world-Created, documented, and maintained test scenarios and scripts for testing custom application-Liaised with other business areas including PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, Accounts Payable, Information Services, Legal, and NetFORUM staff to ensure the integrity of the systems connectivity-Reviewed and approved or denied applications for humanitarian and educational grants ranging from 30K to 200K-Consulted and advised grant writers on sustainability and development best practices to be applied for grants-Developed intimate expertise in all areas of the Foundation’s business operations including its grants operation: Peace and conflict prevention/resolution, Disease prevention and treatment, Water and sanitation, Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy, Economic and community development in Latin America-Delivered presentations to audiences of all sizes about the work of The Rotary Foundation and its grant model
