My main responsibility was to provide support to HR, Factory Operations Management, and Payroll teams on Kronos Time Management System for Middle America Region (13 Countries). During my time in this position I:• Coordinated the implementation project for Kronos Time & Attendance system on new sites and training for Factory supervisors on Kronos System.• Provided on-site and remote training for end users and the Local Technical Support team, training on Microsoft Office 365 across Latin America. • Created Standard routines for the Kronos clocks procurement process across the region, successfully reducing the acquisition and installation process for Factories; and KPIs to track and reduce the clocks installation time on sites.

I joined Nestlé (Dominican Republic) as a Trainee. My main responsibility was providing software and hardware support for 300+ end users in head offices and factories, keeping the physical security protocols and standards.During my time in this position I:• Coordinated IT Software and Hardware support with other IT departments across the Caribbean Region following a queue service request system.• Coordinated with 3rd party services providers (Hardware purchasing, Services installation, etc.) IT support for services and equipment in factories and Head Office• Successfully, as a team, upgraded Windows, Office, and Hardware for 300+ users across the whole country without impacting the Business Flow.
