DUTIES• Support & maintain data center infrastructure, remote office systems, help desk, Change Control Board committee and everything in between Remote Sites.• Responsible for developing the infrastructure road map and budget.• Provide technical input during contractual processes to ensure internal brokerage financial services achieves optimal trading performance during operations.• Provide recommendations for process improvements and procedural changes for preventative maintenance and security.• Review and assess emerging technologies provide infrastructure know-how to cross-functional teams on project needs.• Lead IT Network team responsible for planning, researching, evaluating, designing, and developing solutions by applying engineering, hardware, and software design theories and principles to develop an infrastructure that is in line with financial strategies.• Develop SMART goals & objectives for team in support of IT Strategic plan.
